Introducing our exclusive cocktail class, where you'll discover the art of mixology in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Our expert mixologist will guide you through the process of creating three unique cocktails, including a shaken, stirred, and one final of your choice. Enjoy a glass of Champagne or beer upon arrival, then settle in for a great interactive experience. 

In this 60-90 minute interactive session, you'll learn the history and science behind the world's most famous cocktails, as well as the tricks of the trade from our resident mixologist. Under the guidance of our expert mixologist, you'll discover the history and science behind each drink, from classic shaken and stirred recipes to innovative creations. You'll master the techniques of muddling, shaking, and stirring, as well as the importance of selecting the perfect ingredients. Throughout the class, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the spirit world, including the characteristics and flavour profiles of various alcohols. By the end of the evening, you'll have the skills and knowledge to confidently create your own signature cocktails at home, impressing friends and family with your newfound mixology prowess

Pricing:

• $85 for Base Package with drink on arrival and 3 cocktails
• $105 Base Package plus food platter at the end of the course
• $115 Base Package plus main meal and standard drink at the end of the course
